BROOKLYN FRIENDS STUDENTS COLLECT TOYS FOR
CHILDREN FROM BROOKLYN PSYCHIATRIC CENTERS
BROOKLYN, NY—December 21, 2006--This holiday season students from the Upper Division of the Brooklyn Friends School initiated a toy drive to benefit children who are receiving mental health services from Brooklyn Psychiatric Centers.
Each year, Brooklyn Psychiatric Centers, which is celebrating its centennial year, provides therapeutic services to 1,000 children ages 5 to 18 through on-site programs in Brooklyn’s public schools, a community prevention program, and in five community-based clinics.
